Search for "Settings"<br />3. Click on "Settings"<br />4. Click on "System"<br />5. Scroll down<br />6. Click on "Recovery"<br />7. Click on "Reset Your Computer"<br />8. Click on "Remove Everything"<br />9. Click on "Local Installation"<br />10. Click on "Advance"<br />11. Read all of the instructions carefully. You will delete all of your files and programs from the computer. If you want, you can backup the files in an external storage or in a cloud storage platform.
